About
Beatriz Leonardo is a multi-media artist working with pretty much anything she can get her hands on.
Her practice ranges from illustration and printmaking, to motion and graphic design. She is interested in the symbiosis between analogue and digital, figurative and conceptual, and the fine line that separates reality from imagination.
Beatriz has a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (FBAUL, Lisbon, Portugal, 2014), a Post-Graduate certificate in Digital Experience Design (FBAUL, Lisbon, Portugal, 2016); a Masters in Graphic Arts (UWE, Bristol, UK, 2018) and a Masters in Multi-Disciplinary Printmaking (UWE, Bristol, UK, 2020).
She has been working as a freelance multi-media artist and designer since 2012, and teaching workshops since 2018. Her clients include The Discourse Studio, Boom Festival, Primal Gathering, Windscreen Festival, Indelible Editions NY, The Brooklyn Art Library, Cluster Illustration London, Pure App, The Cornish Bank, Casa Pronoia, Anjos70, Ria Inquieta, KAU, CEPRO, The Bunch, BBRC, Lapso Galeria, among others.
She has created murals in the UK, USA,, Portugal, Spain, Brazil and Mexico.
