Handpan - Instruments of the World Digital Print
Handpan
Digital Print available in 20x20cm
From my Instruments of the World Collection
Handpan. Created by Felix Rohner and Sabina Schärer in Switzerland, it is based on the Caribbean steelpan instrument. The Handpan is played resting on the players lap, sound being created when tapped or hammered with the hands. It is sometimes called a Hangdrum, which, according to its creators, is a misnomer, as it is an idiophone and not a drum.
